Learn more →easyJet baggage claims — delayed, damaged or lost luggage
Was your easyJet checked baggage delayed, damaged or lost? Under the Montreal Convention you may recover proven losses — BaggageRefund helps you file before Article 31 deadlines expire.
easyJet is responsible for checked baggage under the Montreal Convention (where it applies). If your bag is delayed, damaged or lost, you may claim for proven losses — but Article 31 complaint deadlines are strict.
You may claim if your checked bag with easyJet was delayed, damaged or lost and Convention liability (or applicable carrier rules) applies. We assess each claim individually.
Written complaints are typically due within 7 days for damage after receipt, and within 21 days for delay after the bag is made available. Missing these windows can bar the claim against easyJet.
Booking confirmation, baggage tags, PIR/airport report, photos and receipts. Upload these via our claims portal.
Checking eligibility and submitting a claim is free. We only charge a commission if your claim succeeds — no win, no fee.
